To tie this wing in, use a aeries of figure-eights to tie it down close to the hook's eye.
Step-2 The wings can then be pulled back one at a time(as shown) and tied down, or both can be tied down at the same time.
As you tie them down it helps if you pull back and kind of pinch the wing against the hook so that it does not twist or kink up.
Step-3 Wing cutting your liking size, and unravel.
